 Download PDF File: Morganizer Split System AHU Instructions for selecting the Morganizer Split System Air Handler The Morganizer Split System Air Handler is based on the Trane Modular Climate Changer. To select the Air Handler we suggest contacting your local Trane Commercial office and have them select it with the Trane Selection program. The split system is set up like the package unit with a series piped hot gas reheat coil and face and bypass dampers. To select it yourself use the Trane Modular Climate Changer Catalog. The unit is modular and will be laid out as the following: Filter Box – Select any type of filter box with any type of filter. DX Coil – Select a medium coil module Face and Bypass Dampers – Select the internal face and bypass dampers Hot Gas Reheat Coil – Select a vertical coil module if the AHU is vertical or a small horizontal coil module if the AHU is horizontal. Fan – Select a horizontal or vertical fan module. Please remember the refrigerant lines are critical
and should be sized by your local Trane Commercial office. We do not recommend
the AHU to be further than 100 feet from the CU. Each compressor circuit have one suction,
one liquid, and two hot gas lines. The suction and hot gas lines must be insulated. |
