Morganizer - Coatings

As an option the Morganizer is offered with a total Seacoast Protection Package.

The package consists of Heresite Phenolic VR-514 applied to the condenser coil. This is the thickest of the Heresite Phenolic’s and best suited for corrosive atmospheres. Heresite VR-502 is applied to the DX and hot gas reheat coils. This is thinner than the VR-514 to prevent moisture carryover or restrictions in the airflow.

A Benjamin Moore two part clear polyurethane is applied to the interior and exterior casing along with the fan scroll and housing. This gives the unit a UV protection along with the flexibility of the Polyurethane for expansion and contraction.

The unit fasteners are composite to prevent corrosion.

The Seacoast Protection Package can be applied at the factory or in the field.
